Morning Silver handcrafted jewelry is of the highest quality and comes with a lifetime guarantee. However if a piece of jewelry you purchase from us has a defect in workmanship or materials it may be returned for a replacement, along with the original Morningsilver proof-of-purchase receipt.

Your defective jewelry will be replaced with an identical item whenever possible. If the original item that you are returning is no longer available, it may be replaced with your choice of any item of equal or greater value. For items of greater value, the difference in the retail price and sales tax will be charged. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, tarnish, or misuse. Refunds are not given for damaged items. Shipping and handling are not refundable. If a returned item is deemed not defective as covered under this warranty then it will be returned with a letter of explanation.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We will be happy to exchange or issue you a refund within 45 days of your purchase for items that are in original condition and of equal or greater value. For items of a greater value the difference in retail price and sales tax will be charged. Please be sure to include your original Morningsilver proof-of-purchase receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please see your Morningsilver consultant for information on returning items.
